When will my order be shipped?
Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours of being placed and then shipped according to the priority selected. Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time. We are unable to guarantee same-day processing of orders.
What domestic shipping methods are available?
khaite.com is delighted to offer complimentary standard ground shipping to addresses within the United States. All domestic orders are shipped via UPS. You may upgrade to expedited (2-3 day) for $25 or next-day shipping for $35. Orders must be placed by 12 p.m. ET to be considered for same-day processing.
What international shipping methods are available?
khaite.com offers complimentary international DHL Express shipping on all orders. Expedited shipping is not currently available.
Are duties/taxes included in my order total?
Kindly note that we cover duties/taxes for the following countries, Australia, Canada, Dubai UAE, Europe (the Euro), Hong Kong, Japan, South Korea, Qatar, Sweden, UK, and Saudi Arabia.

What is KHAITE's return policy?
Items purchased on khaite.com are eligible for return provided that they are returned within 14 days of the item's original ship date in new, unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged condition, with all original tags attached. Gift purchases may be returned through January 15, 2024. We will not accept holiday returns past this date. Returns are accepted at the sole discretion of khaite.com. Items that are deemed not to meet one or more of the eligibility criteria outlined above will be handled on a case-by-case basis

How can I process an International Return?
Please visit our Returns Portal here to initiate a return. Kindly be advised that a $25 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount. International orders are not eligible for exchange.
What is the return policy for an in-store purchase?
Items purchased in-store are eligible for return provided that they are returned within 14 days of the item's order date in new, unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged condition, with all original tags attached. Please contact our client advisors at Mercer@khaite.com for assistance. In-store purchases are not eligible for online returns.
When will I receive a refund?
Following inspection and acceptance of a return, you will receive a confirmation via email that a refund or merchandise credit has been issued. Please allow up to 21 business days for a return to be processed.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Once an order is placed on khaite.com, we are unable to make any edits or cancellations.
When will my pre-order ship?
Items available for preorder appear with the option to "Pre Order" rather than "Add to Cart"; the estimated delivery window for each item is located on the product page beneath the description. The delivery date is subject to change.
When will payment be processed?
Payment will be processed at the time an order is placed.
