US SHIPPING
KHAITE.com offers complimentary standard shipping to (and returns from) addresses within the United States. Orders for expedited (2-3 day) $25 or next-day shipping $35, must be placed by 11 a.m. ET; orders placed after 11 a.m. ET will ship on the next business day. We do not ship to PO Boxes. Please note once an order is placed it is not possible to amend it.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
KHAITE.com offers complimentary International DHL Express shipping on all orders. Please note that recipients are responsible for duties/taxes, which can be paid upfront at checkout or upon delivery based on your country. We cover duties/taxes for Australia, Canada, Dubai UAE, Europe (the Euro), Hong Kong, Japan, South Korea, Qatar, Sweden, UK, and Saudi Arabia.

*For select destinations, a temporary $15 surcharge applies due to carrier-imposed elevated risk fees. This affects shipments to and from: Bahrain, Jordan, Kuwait, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Oman, and the United Arab Emirates.

Return Policy

Items purchased on khaite.com and KHAITE U.S. freestanding retail stores are eligible for return provided they are returned within 14 days of the item’s delivery date in unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged condition, with all original tags attached and all related accessories included. Made-to-order, personalized, altered, and vintage jewelry items are final sale and are not eligible for exchange or return. Returns are accepted at the sole discretion of KHAITE. Items that are deemed not to meet one or more of the eligibility criteria outlined above will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

To ensure footwear is eligible for return, please try it on while standing on a carpeted surface. Footwear must be returned in its original shoebox, with any dust bags, cards, and packaging intact. Shoeboxes are not to be used as shipping boxes. The shoebox should be placed within appropriate outer packaging, with contents secured within.

Following inspection and acceptance of your return, you will receive confirmation via email that a refund or merchandise credit has been issued. Please allow up to 21 business days for your return to be processed.

Returns are accepted at the sole discretion of khaite.com. Items that are deemed not to meet one or more of the eligibility criteria outlined above will be handled on a case-by-case basis, which may include 1) refusing to accept the return and sending it back to the purchaser or 2) deducting a fee from the refund or merchandise credit to cover the expense of cleaning, repair, and/or shoebox replacement.

US RETURNS
To initiate a domestic return, please visit our returns portal to access and print your pre-paid UPS return label.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
To initiate an international return, please visit our returns portal to print your return label and schedule a pick-up. International orders are not eligible for complimentary returns, and a 35 USD shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

The EU law gives you the right to withdraw from most online purchases within 14 days of delivery. You can withdraw before your order has been shipped by contacting info@khaite.com. To submit your withdrawal request for a fulfilled order, please visit our returns portal.
